Is the consultation really free?
Yes. About 40 minutes, in person, in London, Birmingham or Manchester. You leave with a written plan and the price. No obligation.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what your skin needs. Your figure is written into your plan at the free consultation, before you decide, and there are flexible instalment options with no interest or admin fees.
How many visits, and how long?
A standard course is three to six visits over six to ten weeks. If there is a date you are working to, count back ten weeks and tell us.
Is it safe for darker skin?
Darker skin has more active pigment cells and marks more easily, so treatments are chosen and timed for your skin type. Tell us your skin type and we will plan around it.
Who carries out the treatment?
A trained practitioner, with a written consent form, and an explanation of how to look after your skin afterwards. If a treatment is not suitable for you, we will say so and suggest what will work instead.
Do I need the skin assessment before I book?
No. If you already know what you want, book a free consultation directly. The assessment and the discovery questions are there for people who want to understand their options first.
Is the online skin assessment a diagnosis?
No. It is an educational summary of the concerns you select, plus, if you add a photo, a short note on what a practitioner would look at first. It does not diagnose, score or prescribe. Anything that worries you about your skin should be seen by a doctor.
