The practical questions, answered.
A free consultation takes about 40 minutes, in person. You leave with a written plan and the price, with no obligation. Everything else people ask before and after booking is below, grouped so you can find it.
Before your consultation
Do I need to prepare anything?
Come with clean skin if you can, bring a list of anything you use on your face, and tell us about any date you are working to. Treatments are for adults, so bring photo ID if asked.
How long does the consultation take, and what do I leave with?
About 40 minutes, in person. You leave with a written plan, the number of visits and the price. No obligation.
Can I just book a treatment without a consultation?
Every plan starts with a consultation so the practitioner can examine the area and confirm the treatment is right for you. It is free and usually happens on the same visit as a first treatment where that is clinically sensible.
Prices and paying
What does it cost?
Prices range from £139 to £299, depending on which treatment you need. Your own figure is written into your plan at the consultation, before you decide.
Do I pay all at once?
No. Most people pay visit by visit, and there are flexible instalment options with no interest or admin fees. A standard course is three to six visits over six to ten weeks.
Is there a deposit?
A consultation carries no deposit. Any deposit, cancellation or refund terms for a treatment course are stated in your written plan before you pay anything.
Appointments
How do I move or cancel an appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation or reminder, or call the clinic. Confirmations and reminders come by email and text.
I missed my appointment. What now?
Use the link in your reminder to rebook, or book again online. Nothing is lost.
Which clinic should I choose?
London, Birmingham or Manchester, whichever is easiest for you. Every clinic works to the same plans and prices.
Consent and safety
Who carries out the treatment?
A trained practitioner, with a written consent form that explains what the treatment involves and its risks, signed before it starts. If a treatment is not suitable, we say so and suggest what will work instead.
Will I know the risks before I agree to anything?
Yes. Before any treatment the practitioner explains what it involves, the likely downtime and the risks, and you sign a consent form that sets them out. Questions are welcome at any point, before or after.
Is the online skin assessment a diagnosis?
No. It is an educational summary of the concerns you select, plus a short note if you add a photo. It never diagnoses, scores or prescribes, and the photo is never stored.
Your data
What happens to my details?
They go to the clinic's own system so the team can call you back or confirm your booking, and nowhere else. How we use them and your rights are in the privacy notice.
Do you store my photo?
No. A photo added to the online assessment is sent once for a short note and discarded.
